Should a 13 year old be able to wear heels?

I really like fashion, a whole lot and I i'll be 14 in 4 months! Do you think I should wear heels, if so how high?

If I Go to the Hairdressers and get a Semi Permanent dye will it wash out completely?

I have light blonde hair. I have only ever had foils to go blonder once. I am naturally blonde but for some reason as I am aging my hair is going browner. FROM THE ROOTS :/ If I get a 28 Washout done at the hairdressers Will I get my original light blonde colour back? Thanks :)

My dad won't let me get anymore piercings :(?

well my mom has about 4 or 5 piercing in each ear and she still gets good jobs so that part is ridiculous. and as for him not letting you get more piercings: boohoo. just wait til you're 18. but if you do get a bunch of piercing at 18, make sure you have a second place to live cuz your rents might kick you out.

I'm strongly afraid of BUGS!?

For some reason, I have this very strong fear of insects. Bees, Flies, Mosquitos, Wasps, Beetles, Dragonflies, Lovebugs, you name it, I'm afraid. Instead of trying to kill them, I run away from them. It's their appearance and the buzzing sounds that they make which make my skin CRAWL. I know it's ridiculous to be afraid of such little things, but I don't know what to do. Any help/advice?
