My hair is FRIED! Please help!?

I went to the salon and got my hair done. I asked for foils and recieved foils but my entire head was wrappes in aluminum and bleach! Lets say the least it feels like wire, its breaking off, its super super super short and im so angry! Clearly they had no idea how to do hair. Im wondering if I foil heavy all over brown(my natural hair color) if my hair will get a little more life back? Please suggest all you want I need my hair back:(
