Instructions on Foil Painting?

My 11 year old cousin was up and I wanted to do something fun with her. So we went to Michael's Craft Store and she picked out a Paint By Numbers Tropical Fish Foil Painting. The instructions are on the back but not quite clear. We understand it partially but would like to have it crystal clear in our minds. Thanks in advance!!
