Did I really see one or am I crazy?

I'm wondering if anyone else can see fairies. I saw two in my whole lifetime so far and I'm almost 13. To be more help it looked like a tiny person but full white, I couldn't make out the details in the face but it had long white hair and webbish- dragonfly wings that seems to glitter with light. It left a little trail of white sparkling stuff when it zoomed around. The first time I saw them was near my little pond in the back; it walked on the water and the other time was just a few days ago when I was in my bedroom. It looked kind of like the Other one except for the fact that the wings were tinged with light green and the other had a light orange. Is it just me or do other people see them too. Please answer quickly.
