How do i throw a party for a not so prissy preteen?

My Preteen Girl's birthday is coming up and i don't know what kind of a party to throw, She isn't into fashion shows and makeovers, but she isn't into boyish things Whateither. She's more hyper and jumpy. What should i do??!!
