How do you make red skinned potatoes?

I have a bag of "Gourmet Petite Red Potatoes" that I got from Meijer. I want to make 6 of them. I've never cooked red skinned potatoes before though, so I'm wondering, how do you cook them? What temperature do I need to turn my oven to, how long do I cook them, and do I cover them with aluminum foil? Thanks! =D
