Huge plans for my future. Ways to make it happen?

I'm definitely gonna be a fashion designer. No doubt. And I already have a couple colleges picked out. Stuff I should learn (ex: how to do personal finance stuff), things to do, other stuff to make everything work out? You know, like the totally vital stuff?
