I need fashion help please!?

well im 14 and im the girl who wears lil make up but i wear graphic tees and skinny jeans..but i want to dress older i guess you could say oh well...im gonna start wearing just plain tee-shirts (will that work with accessories?) so to the big question, can anyone help me find cheap jewelry or tell me how to make it.
