I really like this guy from my church and i dont know if he likes me. What should i do?

recently we both ended up at my church's confrence n we were both in a fashion show btw(he only joined because we needed a few more people). i can't help but stare at him when i see it. When our group went to dinner a stake-n-shake he said i was nice /btw i used to be a witch but im not as witchy now/we've known each other for like 5 years. Last sunday 07-17-11 he said me and my friend looked beautiful and i notice him looking at me. we even were staring at each other until i looked away. does it mean that he like me?
