A tv show I watched from the 90's or 80's about magic flying teens sorta like fairies. What is it called?

So, when I was young I watched this tv show as I said above. Now it had these teens who were chosen or something by this magic fairy queen although they weren't really fairies. Now each person had like a magic power thing. Like there was this one black chick you could make magic smoke or something and make items out of it when it was still smoke. And an Asian girl who spun around really fast to turn invisible. A red headed guy in yellow who could shoot a beam from his hand. There was also this white blonde girl and a native american guy too. They had to like save these flying civilians with butterfly like wings from the villain, but I don't know who. And the main character's wings weren't like fairy wings, they were like dragonfly wings I guess, but solid and maybe even 1 pair of wings too. The teens also went back to Earth too and were like summoned to the kingdom by the queen(?) and went through a sort of magic portal. If you know sorta what this tv show is please answer, because it is bugging me like no other!! And I think there were also toys of this where you pulled the string and the people spun around like a helicopter in the air if that helps...
