Where can I buy the book The Dragonfly Summer by Eva Rice?

I have just read her book the lost art of keeping secrets, which is amazing, and from what I can gather online, the dragonfly summer is her next book. I've typed it into bay and amazon but I just can't find one for sale! Was it actually published, and if so, why can't I find one for sale? Can someone please help me, I really want this book!!!
