If you dont have a non-stick cookie sheet (or the one you have is too scratched and or permamently stained) you can use the old school method. Rub a bit of butter or margorine all over your pan, and then sprinkle flour across the whole thing and tap the bottom of the pan a bit to spread the flour all over the butter. This will give you a nice non stick surface with out having to go out and buy foil or wax paper.
