Should high heels be banned?

I have to admit when I see young girls wearing high heels it creeps me out, however I don't think there's anything wrong with an adult wearing them every now and then. The health problems only arise if one wears them everyday so I think employers should take this into account if they want their female employers to wear them at work. Personally I like to wear them when I go out because at 5'2 it's nice to be able to look people in the eye (or neck, depending on the other persons height) on occasion. I think a lot of women already know the foot problems that can come with wearing heels all the time... Did you know some women actually get botox injected into their feet so they can wear heels all day without experiencing the pain that comes with it? Crazy I know!
