ok i really like lolita kinda clothing, but i cant order stuff from online so are there any normal stores that sell lolita clothing? (in the u.s lol) and what kind of makeup makes you look soft, sweet, and innocent? id prefer no rude answers or answers that say "be myself" or w.e im just exploring my fashion interests thank you!! ^_^
