Tattoo design advice please?

I'm getting a tattoo soon to represent my miscarriage. I want to get an old-fashioned bird cage with the gate open and a little pink and blue bird flying out. I have this whole vision in my head but I also want it to say something and I can't quite think of the right thing. I don't want it to be an obvious miscarriage tattoo because it does stand for so many more things in my life. At first I was thinking of something simple like "Forever Flying" or "Forever Free". Tonight, I am making dinner for my family, and I have decided on steamed broccoli, mashed potatoes and Montreal Chicken. How do you make your house temperature cool during summer days and nights.?

Latley its been super hot tripple digits hot and what are some ways to cool my house without spending a fortune. We already have an ac in the living room but we dont have any in the bedrooms. How can get my frog to eat?

I recently caught an American bullfrog at my grandparents pond. It is about 150ft by 75ft and there is grass in some places that is 7 feet tall, the bank is gradual with a 45 degree incline. The water us very warm and there are NO fish in the pond due to an oil leak 50 sum years ago but now it is thriving with frogs. There are dragonflies and small beetles on the waters surface. There are about 2-3 large tadpoles in 5 cubic feet of water. The pond is 12 feet deep on one end and 3-4 feet deep on the other end. I tried to feed him some bugs and a large worm but he was only interested in getting out of a 10 gallon aquarium that I put him in to feed him. How can I get him to eat something? What should I be feeding this frog (3.5 inches excluding leg length) and how should his cage be set up (36"x18"x21")? 21 inches high. Please answer quickly because he is in a small 2 gallon bucket with some pond water in it.

I spotted a yellow dragonfly with orange legs, from a distance it looked very much like a large hornet but much bigger. omg i did the same thing. black to blond. well, i always hated being blond. if u want to stay blond than u can bleach it a couple times. once wasnt enuf for me. and it will turn orange, so dye it with blond after the first few. highlights are made for highlights. yes they add blond but sometiems some black chunks will need more umff than that. best thing is to bleach. I was born in 1986, and probably had these books when i was around 4 or 5. I know this, because i remember i couldn't read them, but i loved the vivid imagery of color. Some would bore me, but others i found favour in, like this one page i used to search for all the time, a picture of heaven. I remember it had a lion in it, which i loved. There were so many of these books, and they were big. They looked really old fashioned, but i can't for the life of me remember the titles of any. Like i said, i was only 4 or 5 at the time. I have a feeling these books were way before my time though. The ones i had, were falling apart. Mom must've picked them up from a thrift store or something. Does anybody know of these books? If my memory serves me correctly, i'm pretty sure the binder of each book was a goldish brown. Like i also said, there were many. I remember my mom had a whole pile of them, stacked up. I think for every story of the bible. The illustrations were old-fashioned too (like it had the ancient drawing look about them). Your colleague can never prove his argument because he cannot prove that the DNA of the dragonfly is exactly as it was 325 million years ago. Furthermore, evolution does not state that every organism has to evolve at the exact same rate. Just because humans evolved and other primates have not does not mean evolution is automatically false. It is not up to the scientist to prove that the succession of multiple species of fossils is evolutionary adaptation, the evidence proves it. It's like stating the sky is blue, pointing at the sky, just to have someone else say, well prove it! It is up to the skeptic to disprove the mass of fossil and DNA evidence supporting evolution, which nobody to date has yet to do, except for the pathetic logical arguments people like your collegue cling on to . Will my garden attract a lot of insects?

I have a large vegetable garden (can't say exactly how big, too lazy to measure.) Where right now I have planted some broccoli, spinach (which Im probably going to get rid of soon and replace with something else-- it's not standing up to the heat which I expected, but I didn't expect it to get so hot so early this year), carrots, lettuce, and eventually once I can pick up more manure some cayenne peppers, tomatoes, and collards-- I may then plant a few other things if I have space. I then have a small flower garden/herb garden on the side which is about 10-15 square feet and I'm going to interplant some echinacea, cilantro, chamoile, sweet basil, parsley, dill, catnip, and maybe foxglove. I may also plant some sage/rosemary. I'm also putting cilantro, basil, parsley, chamomile, and catnip in pots to move around the vegetable garden. Then I have a small rose of sharon tree and a small persimmon tree, and some baby blackberry bushes that probably won't fruit this year... I also have a few plants around the house like irises, roses, cannas, and torch lilies. Thanks! What I want to do is create a balanced ecosystem so that pests can be kept down while still providing enough food for predatory insects and birds. Last year I would have 20+ dragonflies in my backyard due to a pond about half a mile away. I guess they liked it there. :P

Yes it is a good idea. You need ti get a paint brush or something though and get someone to help you. You need to seperate the highlights and put the foil under them then brush on the hair dye and fold it into a little square so u don't get spots on the rest of your head.

I am dark brown naturally, and thought red woul be great. Not really. I called the Salon/Spa and told them what I wanted done. They fixed it, just by a single process. Now, my natural color is back and I am happy. The spa matched my color to my root color, so you may have to grow out your hair a little. Why has my hunger levels gone up so much after beginning to work out?

I recent started in mid-June to work out daily during the summer after promising my dad that I would. I do 15 minutes of cardio and at least 45 minutes of weights and machines. Lately I noticed that I get hungry much more frequently than usual. I feel the need to eat something every two or three hours. Normally I don't eat for hours at time (unless I'm being a fat *** and just munching on snacks) and don't often feel hungry. I am Muslim so my body is kind of trained not to eat a lot or eat frequently because of Ramadan. I want to know if my metabolism increasing or am I just eating more than I really should? Also I'm 17 and weight about 166 pounds. I haven't lose any weight but my family and friends have told me I've slimmed down a bit since starting. I'm not very fat, just mildly overweight, and I'm around 5'6. I eat in my usual fashion, which honestly is not very healthy, and am not on a diet. I'd really appreciate helpful answers about this.

I assuming you mean instead of a cookie sheet? Yes.. You can. Preheat the foil and then slide out the oven rack to place cookies on sheet of foil . You will have to watch them carefully as the cooking time will be much shorter. I would double the foil to two layers.

It was a ruddy brown, and angry with a long stinger, a scorpion like tail, and dragonfly wings, and eyes. The thing can swim as well. It has little pokey things on its 6 legs so it can grip better. Also has long feelers. The house is in a mostly wooded area, where the next house is like a mile away. I already bought decorations for my daughters birthday then came up with the idea of a parade to our neighborhood pool. My mother has always been saying things like "You're going to be a successful doctor when you grow up" or "I hope you will continue to study hard, and continue learning C++ programming". When she talks to her friends, they usually talk about their kids, and my mother always says "My daughter is going to be a doctor or work in Google, I just hope she won't look up to those fashion designers and artists". I am really good at science, but i am also very interested in make up and fashion. My mom's friend is a well known fashion designer in my country and she said that I do have talent. She even invites me to her showroom pretty often and I usually see her design drawings. (It's not like I'm bragging myself, but I draw just as good as her, maybe even better) She had a conversation with my mom and I've heard it. She said that I have a lot of chance to succeed in the fashion industry, but my mom said that it is just a hobby and that I should use the "Einstein" talent for science and mathematics that I've got, and that if i will study science i will most likely find a job. The thing is, we don't really have a lot of money. I mean, we are not poor, but on the other hand we're not rich. I understand my mom, she is worried because she cares about my future. I will have to live on my own, I have no brothers or sisters to support me and my mom will be too old to work. Dragonflies can't walk?

Hello, I'm new to answers. I'm 21 and I live in the southern area of Colorado. I was outside having a cigarretteand I noticed a dragonfly in my fresh cut lawn. It was just a few moments ago and it is 4 in the morning. I have always been interested in dragonflies and other insects and I have read and been told that dragonflies cannot walk. Now, maybe this wasn't a dragonfly but some other type of fly species but it was attached to a blade of grass flapping it's wings fast and then it landed on my driveway and proceeded to WALK maybe 6 inches or more. Is it cold hard fact that they do not walk? Are there exceptions? Or was this a different insect altogether? All answers welcome, educated answers appreciated. :) thx.

Should high heels be banned?

I have to admit when I see young girls wearing high heels it creeps me out, however I don't think there's anything wrong with an adult wearing them every now and then. The health problems only arise if one wears them everyday so I think employers should take this into account if they want their female employers to wear them at work. Personally I like to wear them when I go out because at 5'2 it's nice to be able to look people in the eye (or neck, depending on the other persons height) on occasion. Can I sue a hair stylist for damaging my hair? I went to the salon to get a cut and get highlights done. My color was suppose to be golden blonde and is now platinum blonde. But thats not it, she had me sit under the blow dryer with my bleach and foil still on for an hour while she had her big mac, served two customers, used the computer, and also cleaned a big puddle of water that was leaking from a machine. After she washed out my hair she told my hair was breaking and that it was my fault for bleaching my hair LAST YEAR! I was cryin when i seen how much hair had came out. The heat from the blow dryer was obviously coming from the top and thats where my hair had broken. I now have an inch left of my hair at where i had the highlights. I wanna know what I could do cause for me to get my length of my hair back, it will probably be 3-5 years from now. My hair is about 20+ inches long.

Some female health issues!?

So yeah =(, for the past few months since I started using a good ole fashion razor and started shaving, "down there." I would itch, but not badly down there. I have not had sex in seven months, so have not really been active. The itching started after I started shaving more and more, but it does not go away. I have not shaved now in three weeks, and the itching seems to only get worse. I notice that other parts of my body are beginning to itch like my upper back, my left ear itches, my hairline itches, and my clitoris is very sensitive.. the hairs are not fully grown, and I thought I had pubic lice at first because I saw these tiny white specs in my pubic hair for a while, and I read somewhere that it goes away if you shave or use RID. I shaved, and don't see the white specs anymore, nor did I ever notice them moving. When I read articles it says for lice pubic lice that the specs would move.. i'd sit there and stare and notice them not moving. Now I don't see any specs, but past few nights it seems the irritation has gotten worse. I have been waking up around two am unable to sleep because i'm itching so bad. I'm itching over my pubic hair and over my clit, and then parts of my body like my back. I am scared, I know I don't have any serious std's because i've gotten myself checked with a pap smear and some blood tests. I am terrified :(.

What does that dragon fly story really have to do with eternal life? Since it doesn't have to do with animals, why not tell the story of genes. Genes truly are immortal, in a sense. Even today you have copies of the genes that your ancestors had millions of years ago. Since these exact copies make exact copies, they will live for as long as life exists, sort of like if you could live forever by cloning yourself over and over again for eternity. That's what genes do.

Now I got this wrong, and I want to know why, before it goes worse, I translated it to (x-7)(x+9) = (x-1)(x+5), from there I used foil and got, x^2 -63x+2 = X^2 -5x +4. I eventually ended up with x=-2/58... reduced it, and got it wrong, can someone help? im clueless on this.

If you dont have a non-stick cookie sheet (or the one you have is too scratched and or permamently stained) you can use the old school method. Rub a bit of butter or margorine all over your pan, and then sprinkle flour across the whole thing and tap the bottom of the pan a bit to spread the flour all over the butter. This will give you a nice non stick surface with out having to go out and buy foil or wax paper.

Tattoo design advice please?

I'm getting a tattoo soon to represent my miscarriage. I want to get an old-fashioned bird cage with the gate open and a little pink and blue bird flying out. I have this whole vision in my head but I also want it to say something and I can't quite think of the right thing. I don't want it to be an obvious miscarriage tattoo because it does stand for so many more things in my life. At first I was thinking of something simple like "Forever Flying" or "Forever Free". But I'm just not sure. I was also thinking of maybe putting a star in the birds mouth and writing something like "Putting another star in the sky". The baby's middle name would have been Sterling which reminds me of stars. So that might make it a little more personal but not too obvious. I don't want any dates or names to represent my baby because I feel like that's something I want to keep to myself or personally tell someone. What do you think of these ideas? And if you can think of anything at all that might go, feel free to suggest them. I'm kind of thinking of the whole "being set free" theme, but I'm open for anything. Okay so it's been over a year now and I've been DREAMING about starting my own clothing line. If you dye your hair 2 different colors at once won't the colors bleed together when you wash it?

There is always , in my experience , excess dye that will come off. This usually doesn't matter but in your case you've got the 2 colors. When you wet the hair they will run but will immediately be diluted by the water in the shower . Even if some blue does go on the pink it wont be there long enough to Set into the hair shaft

Do I need to strip my hair before I home dye it?

How To Catch A Tricky Horse?

Hey, about a week and a half ago i started helping with 4 Highland ponies. The owner Susan used to be a riding instructor so im helping her to back her 4 yearold gelding next month, Dragonfly. Shes pretty much assigned Dragonfly to me and i am absoultley thrilled at this but i have a slight problem. Dragonfly is an obvious pony so has a cheeky side to him but nothing i can't handle, the problem is when Susan sends me to go catch him in the feild i go up to him asking him to stand and he walks off, so like susan told me to do i follow him saying stand and after about 30 minutes he stands and i drape over the leadrope and he knows hes been caught so stands perfectly and walks pretty well too. i just feel half an hour is quite a while and people do it in minutes. its not about trust as he does it to susan too, and shes had him all his life. ive tried asking him to stand then when he walks away i turn my back on him... this doesnt work. i wondered if any one had any ideas that could help. thanks (: x
